On 25 Feb 2011, teachers and students gathered in the school canteen to bid farewell to Ms Lee Mei Mei. Ms Lee began her teaching profession in CLHS on 7 Jan 1980 and ended her service in the same school on 26 Feb 2011. Chung Ling High School is her first school and also the last one. The best Chinese proverb to describe Ms Lee Mei Mei would be "从一而终" .
On her retirement ceremony, she had her first batch students (now already are senior teachers in CLHS) and her final batch of students singing for her. The school would like to thank her for her contributions to CLHS.
